As part of the project, a 5-story boutique building with 13 apartments will be built on a quiet street in the center of Nes Ziona. The location of the project allows its residents to enjoy environmental tranquility, but at the same time live in the beating heart of Nes Ziona. Within walking distance, you can reach the supermarket, enjoy a variety of restaurants, cafes, commercial stores, educational institutions, country stores, and down Nordau Street, even enjoy a green expanse of nature – Gan Neve Park and convenient access to main transportation routes in and out of the city. The project was designed by Mano Architects and built to a high standard, with rich specifications and huge balconies.
